Shipping

Sales Tax
The State of New Jersey requires us to charge 7% Sales Tax for orders shipped to a destination within New Jersey. Shipments to a destination outside of New Jersey are not subject to NJ Sales Tax.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal payments. PayPal accepts most credit cards and offers secure online payment, protecting your personal and financial information. You don't need to have a PayPal account. Upon receiving your order we will send you a payment request or invoice through PayPal to your email. You then just open the email, read the invoice and see the PayPal payment button. Click the payment button, log in to the secure payment page, review the details of your invoice and click 'Pay'.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns have to be made in the original packing and condition. The return has to be authorized and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be assigned. Merchandise has to be returned pre-paid and insured. When merchandise is returned after 14 days, or not packed as originally shipped, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom made and clearance items are excluded form this policy and returns will not be accepted. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks on all returns for repair, exchange, refund, or credit.
Limited Replacement Warranty
Pentavantage warrants its products to ship free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Our sole liability is limited to repair or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Pentavantage within this 90 day period. The return has to be authorized and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be assigned.
Limitation of Liability
As set forth under the limited warranty provisions, the liability of Pentavantage is limited to repair or replacement of its product which are returned to it prepaid and within the specified period of time. In no event shall Pentavantage’s liability exceed the value of the product sold. Pentavantage shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any of its products.
A Special Note About Children
Please note that persons under the age of 18 ("Children") are not eligible to use or purchase merchandise through this site unless supervised by a parent or guardian. We ask that Children under the age of 13 do not submit any personal information even if requested. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 of whom you believe has submitted personal information to Pentavantage, please contact us at info@pentavantage.com and we will take the appropriate steps to remove such information from our files.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the web pages as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Shading and differences in the absorbtion of stain on the Shuri Belt Holder™ are expected. They are intended due to the naturally diverse structure of wood and enhance the natural beauty of this product.
General Disclaimer
The Shuri Belt Holder™ is made form natural solid wood. Though we take great care to produce a top quality product, natural imperfections are an inherent part to the beauty of the product. No two products will be exactly alike.
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for such errors. Pentavantage reserves the right to reject any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If you discover an error on our website, please let us know.
