Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns have to be made in the original packing and condition. The return has to be authorized and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be assigned. Merchandise has to be returned pre-paid and insured. When merchandise is returned after 14 days, or not packed as originally shipped, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom made and clearance items are excluded form this policy and returns will not be accepted. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks on all returns for repair, exchange, refund, or credit.

Limited Replacement Warranty

Pentavantage warrants its products to ship free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Our sole liability is limited to repair or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Pentavantage within this 30 day period. The return has to be authorized and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be assigned.
